The Cultural Palace houses a 736-seat auditorium, conference rooms and several exhibition halls, and was built ten years ago with support from Japan. Palestinians are proud of this venue and look after it well - it still looks quite new... perhaps partly because people cannot buy food or drinks at the venue for fear of the mess this may create.
The venue is used for anything and everything, including graduation ceremonies and hip hop concerts.
